Synch all files .http/.ini ORACLE&OS level

Hi,

Are there a command AIX, linux, windows OS layer automatically synch all same  files?
When update jas.ini so that automatically all files Oracle/jde/weblogic component are update all location

e.g: file  $GLOG_HOME/weblogic/domains/otm/config

there were several location in filesystem
