ORA-15082 at kfnmsg_SendtoUFGs14 messages in +ASM trace directory (11.2.0.4.6 GI)

Hello

I have 5 +ASM installations all installed at 11.2.0.4.x and running some 2 dozen databases+.  ONLY 1 (one)  of the installations is showing these messages in trace files for +ASM

(some redaction done)  below. There are about 30 of these to date in the trace directory but only one time the host OS became unresponsive. While I am going to log a SR with Oracle, I am wondering if any other sites have this this version (11.2.0.4.6) of Oracle +ASM and database?

Note: 2 days ago the host OS did become unresponsive requiring reboot of host OS.
