Roaming pipeline Tapout file generation

Hi ,

I configured a PLMN (SAUET) through PCC .

Seqence rule created for the same PLMN using PCC.

generated the RoamingPartnerConf.dat file  using the utility RoamingConfigGen64  . While starting th pipeline I am getting the below given error
