PCL format issue not getting all records

in EBS Customizations (MOSC) Question

Hello Exprets

I written a procedure which will generate the data in excel format. I got issue , not all records is coming in excel output.

I checked query in toad and fortunately it is coming in backend , only if i run it from application, it is not giving few records.

Actually i have used PCL format instead XML publisher .

Can anyone guide me if i have missed anything or setup issue like MIME .
