Personal Forms Feature

Does anyone know if this new feature regarding customizing the Personal Forms is available in 9.2.0.5 or do we need to take 9.2.1.x?

A new Personal Forms feature enables you to personalize application forms based on requirements and roles in order to optimize your experience.  Using a simple user interface, you can personalize form labels and controls by hiding, renaming, resizing, and repositioning them in the way you desire without the use of Forms Design Aid.
