Agreements without Bulk?

Hello all,

My current client has a process that works a great deal like Agreements but has NOTHING to do with oil & gas or bulk processing.  Is there a way I can use the product swapping functionality of Agreements without activating any of the ECS, Bulk, Oil & Gas functionality?
