Quality Management

Hi,

We have a few items, we bought from the vendor and put it under quality management for certain customer. We do not want to ship this item for that certain customers until it approved by the customer. But we like to ship this item for other customers. On item availability screen, we can see this item as available but we do not want to ship it for the customer under quality. In JDE, if we use ship confirmation system is stopping us not to ship for that customer. What we want is, when we print PICK LIST(R42520) we do not
