XML Transcript Problems: PDF pages drop out

We have been using XML transcripts for a few months now. Just this week, we ran into this problem. Has anyone else experienced this?

  • PDF page(s) are missing from the middle of a transcript (for 2 students so far)
    • The correct PDF has page 1 enrollment, page 2 enrollment, page 3 other transcript contents.
    • The incorrect PDF has page 1 enrollment, page 2 other transcript contents. A whole page of enrollment data is gone.
    • The XML file is correct and complete, and the template works fine for most students. We can also successfully pull transcripts for these two students in other (non-production) environments.
