DSR 7.0 Egress Throttling Group Question

Our DSRs have 2 MPs per DSR. When configuring Egress Throttling/Rate Limiting, the MPS value set is applied to each MP or the messages aggregation of both MPs?

Example, say I have it configure for rate limiting to 1000MPS to an HSS Peer.. The Onset will be at 1000MPS or 2000MPS TX Messages?
