Patch 22683826 - Pell Awarding and Maximum EFC Eligible Band

We would like to inform the Community of the following Patch for CS 9.0 which posted today: (Patch 22683826) - Pell Awarding and Maximum EFC Eligible Band.

This patch contains the code changes necessary for packaging Pell for aid year 2018, and the changes will also be included in CS 9 Bundle 43 upcoming.
