Question Related to updates on F41021

Hi Distribution Community,

We are having a problem in our production environment with the updates on the table F41021.

The process is: Whenever there is an update on the F41021, the change record is sent to  BI tool(Cognos, Datastage) using CDC(Change Data Capture).

Currently the BI tool is receiving millions of updates from JDE, but when i check in JDE Tables F41021 there were only few thousand updates.

I got a sample of data for these updates sent to BI tool. When i checked that data, it shows the UPMJ dates from previous years(2015,2013, 2011 etc).

I also checked the Batch Jobs which were in PID field, but they are updating records only in 100's or 1000's but not millions.
