Skinning Issues in iSupplier Portal

Hello,

We're on EBS 12.1.3, on Solaris SPARC 64, DB 11.1.0.7.

We have a customised "skin" applied to all of our EBS web pages. This was created and applied by some consultants, who are long gone, and unfortunately did not pass on any knowledge on to how maintain it.

We have an issue in our iSupplier portal test system (which is a relatively new implementation) where the skin is appearing differently recently, and seems to be a mixture of customised/seeded. It's causing issues as it's moving tabs around on the page, so planned demos and training sessions have been cancelled due to the system looking different to what is expected.
