no rpas solutions were available after 2 minutes waiting

we have installed the RPAS 15.0.1.9, and MFP retail.

Got famous error message "no RPAS solutions were available" after about 2 minutes in fusion client.

However, I could see the active session in RPAS server

RpasDbServer -startPort 1025 -endPort 65535 -daemonFifo /rpasapp/15.0.0/temp/rpas_080502b00/rtk_080502i0051.fifo -domainRoot /rpasapp/15.0.0/solution/mfpretail/domain/mfprtl -user mfpuser1 -ssl 2 -cipherSuite 4 -wallet file:/rpasapp/wallets/server -ipaddr 0.0.0.0 -loglevel error

even if I got the "no RPAS solution were available" message, that session is still active in RPAS server, I have to "kill" it.

Any idea please?
