Translation - Prior Rate

We are facing an issue while we run Transalation, it calculate prior Rate rather than Average End Rate & Period End rate which we define on daily calander.

The issue is they exsting combination read from Prior rate rather then currently define Average End Rate & Period End rate.

How can disable historical rates or we dont want to read this prior rate.

This is most urgent pls do the needful.
