Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Dear Expert,

I'm trying to substitute the item in Batch using Item Substitution for Batches Concurrent.

The Concurrent success but the item did not changed

Before i running the concurrent, i already create Item Substitution List

Is there something i missed?
