JMS messages are not redelivered on weblogic 10.3.6

Short Description:

JMS Messages are not proceed after Bridges has been reconnected

After the jms ridges failed to connect to source/target
and they reconnected to it. The messages from the queues (NetcrackerToTIbco) have not been consumed.
After restart of WL Node the messages have been consumed/pushed.

Analysis

A schematic high level picture of the situation is as follows :

APPLICATION-> fire & Forget jms mesage-> JMS QUEUE-> WL Brigdge -> Tibco JMS EMS Server

The NC application runs in Weblogic and fires off as a last step in it dataflow integrations information to the NCtoTibcoJMS queue.
