ENQUIRE_LINK Timer in SMSC Plugin

Hi All,

I have created Plugin_px21_short_messaging_smpp type plugin and connected with SMSc. As per configuration default value for Enquire_link (EnquireLinkTimerValue) is 60 second.

I want to know how enquire_link messages are sent to Smsc for session keep alive in following scenario. How long after message is sent for link inquiry. Time difference for heartbeat messages.

Is this sending enquire_link message time window is static or it is different.

1. When there is no traffic keep alive message is sent

2. When there is traffic and keep alive message is sent.
