Hyperion planning API to manage security from a third party System

I have a requirement to manage Hyperion planning security from a centralized HUB security system.

We have  a system that manages department security for 3 different systems but Hyperion Planning.

The task:  We want to be able to also control Hyperion department security from Our centralized HUB security system. 

Question: Is there any existing Hyperion API we can use to perform the task?
