Benefit calcualtion

Dears,

i have the following situation, i need to have a way to create a benefit that is calculated as % from the current basic salary (Pay type #1) but also i need to fix the value calculated for this benefits because if the basic salary value will be changed next month the benefit will be changed also and i need to let the benefit to calculate with the old basic value.

Can anyone help me with any idea to do that?
