eEmployee MBF Not Writing Change Reason Code and PID from Local Web

Hello,

JDE 9.1

When changing an employee's supervisor from P0801ORG from local web, it does write a record  to employee history table (F08042), but the change reason and program ID columns are blanks.

When I do the same change from DV web, it works well.

Any Clue why it is happening?
