slibclean and genkld command

Hi,

after deploy full package we apply command slibclean and recycle all library.so from bin21 folder

are there a way submit AIX command slibclean automatically in OS level?

how submit AIX command slibclean in E1? we face issue related library and notice could resolve with  slibclean workaround
