Oracle Bill Presentment Architecture Missing Tax Code and Tax Rate - Item and Tax Section Content It

Hello

I am trying to add the Tax Rate or the Tax Code to the Lines and Tax section of a Template.

Both the Tax Rate and the Tax code are seeded content items in the Data Source  = Receivables, View = Billing Lines.

Both are ticked as Template Items in Configuration : Data Sources > Data Source : Oracle Receivables > Display Name  = Billing Lines.

Both are visible as content items from

• Item Data Source Level = Primary
• Item Data Source = Oracle Receivables

But when I access a template with primary data source = Oracle Receivables and the the Items and tax section neither field is available for selection.
