Open UI- Applets appear out-of-format

We have an implementation of Siebel PS  15.10.0.0 SIA [23048] ENU with OpenUI. Occasionally it has been observed that the form applet rendered after invoking a hyperlink field on a list applet, is not normally formed. Sometimes it is missing buttons or misplaced fields (large vertical spaces between some fields) to recount a few observations. A re-login had resolved the issue almost all times. There are no Open UI custom objects in the emerging View or the Applets. We use IE11.

Any pointers or experiences please ?
