Daily waits between 2.00 am to 3.30 am.

I'm looking for wait events, sum(time_waited) from dba_hist_active_sess_history for sample_time > sysdate-15 but only from 2.00 AM to 3.00 AM everyday for last 15 days. Can someone provide me the sql for that please?
