What does this error message mean?
The user is currently not associated with any accounts. Please associate the user with an account before using Oracle Installed Base
I've logged onto the iSupport module, using the login and password of a customer. I'm working in our DEV instance, which was just refreshed from PROD last weekend. Why would this error message be issued? The customer clearly does not have a problem accessing his account on PROD. In fact, on the upper-right corner of the form in DEV, his account name is clearly displayed, which seems to indicate that he is, indeed, connected to an account. What can I do to be able to test something in their DEV account?
