Exporting element, eligibility link and costing details

Hi,

I need to extract the element, element eligibility and its costing details (Cost account and offset account details)

I tried in BI report but not able to join the element table and the costing details table

Also trying to OTBI but facing issue in finding the exact values of Costing details.

Is there any options or way to export these details?
