Upgrade to 9.2 hardware sizing clarification

Hi experts,

We would like to upgrade to 9.2 version and we  would like to communicate with known vendors in order to obtain the correct sizing - hardware for our environment .

I checked Oracle's support and I have found 2 documents  1954190.1 &   748339.1 related to sizing and it seems that  both of them apply to any platform ( including 9.2)

Is this statement right ?

Also as these guides indicate, Oracle provides hardware vendors with a sizing kit, called the Day-in-the-Life (DIL) Benchmark Kit. I have checked several online questionnaires for JDE however none of them are related to 9.2 . Does anyone knows any link from vendor's webpage  for 9.2 version ?
