"Edit document" and "View Documents details" links not visible

Hi All,

While opening any PO notification, user's are unable to see "Edit document" and "View Documents" link . Only Open document link is visible.

I need to know the reason for this.

Generally all 3 links are visible : Open document, Edit document and View Documents details.

Please see attachment for more details.

Let me know is there any setups we need to do to see all these links.
