PO Output for Communication: output is empty

R12.1.3

When concurrent request PO Output for Communication is launched automatically by purchase order approving it generate PDF file and attach to the PO.

Earlier this PDF used to be able on concurrent requests window via View Output button.

After we applied last RUP patches (incl. patches 19609700, 21120833), output is not available from View Output any more. However PDF is being generated and attached to PO as expected.

The same issue is when request is submitted via Tools -> Communicate menu.

Is this some bug or new functionality? Cannot find any Note.

When submit PO Output for Communication manually, generated PDF is available via output as earlier.
