Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. BI Publisher (MOSC)

Problem configure printers in BI Publisher 10.1.3.3.3

Hi Team,

We configured new print server for printing ORSIM reports ,

the new server version is windows 2012 R2 ,we also configured IPP in the new print server and configured a printer by providing its IP.

the printer is configured in BI publisher also with the URI (http://servername/printers/printer_name/.printer )

the test Print from the server Goes fine with out any issues. However when i try to Print through BI publisher or SIM ,

we are getting a message that print has been submitted successfully but the printer is not printing the report.

Kindly help to proceed on this issue.
