Siebel CTI Transferred calls

Hello,

we have CTI functionality which:

- Creates Activity at the beggining of call (there is related MOSC discussion "Siebel CTI automatically creates activity")

- Makes possible to use F8 to link created activity with data entities like Accounts, Contacts etc (there is related MOSC discussion "Siebel CTI Associate command")

Now activities are always created on event "EventConnected". It creates 2 Activities when:

1) Customer calls to Call Center

2) Call center agent picks up phone and automatically is created Activity 1

3) Call center agent transfers call to another agent

4) Agent nr 2 picks up the phone and automatically is created Activity 2
