Disaster Recovery Mechanism for RPAS -Domain Back-up

Hello Expert,

We have done implementation custom rpas-solution and now thinking Disaster Recovery management for that.

I have few questionnaire -

1.On what basis decide frequency of domain backup? When to schedule this, any standard recommendation?

2.How to restore corrupt  domain in case of failure , any standard script?

3.What should we take while doing domain back-up activity?

4.It's based on How business keen to avoid corrupt data/loss of data but still any more advantages to Domain backup and why not it's included in oracle standard packaged product.
