How to schedule bulk plan for group of orders

We are looking to automate Bulk Planning process for group of orders. I noticed that there is a Data Query for "Bulk Plan" however, i did not see any event which raises bulk planning process for group of orders together (not just single order).

I also notice that for Order Release Automation agent there is a action called "Build Shipment", if we utilize that would it kick of single bulk plan for group of orders?

Any pointers would be much appreciated.
