Divide 2 DBAs?

Anybody know how to divide 2 DBAs? I need to divide DBA 1000 by DBA 1500 to be the result for my DBA 2000, any ideas? The result will be in a calculation rate table for my upper and lower limits... I guess that's the second part of the question how do I reference a DBA amount for a calculation table upper / lower limit?
