Problems with the Worklist

We use Worklist for monitoring the New Item Request(NIR). When we click on the link of the NIR we will see details of the NIR. If we just look inside and do not perform any actions and use for come back Oracle Applications Home Page  > link in the next  another NIR we will see the same item as in the first choosen NIR. If we use Home link for come back there will be no such problem.  But if we perform some actions in NIR, like approve, even Home link will not help as avoid the problem. We will see same wrong items list.
