Accessing P43100 - Purchasing date Revisions

Hello,

Is P43100 - Purchasing Date Revisions  an menu option on the STD JDE Menu tree or is it kicked off from another application like P4310.version XXXXX

I can access it thru fast path, but want to instruct users how to access thru the menu.
