Fluid Requisitions: Are the blue Lifeline icons hyperlinks on My Orders > Req Summary?

When you access My Orders via Requisitions tile and select an order (actually a requisition) that has its PO created. The Requisition Summary page displays graphic Lifeline of the requisition. Purchase Order is blue when a PO is created for that Req.

Should the icon be a hyperlink opening another (secondary) page displaying summary info about its PO? See image attached.

The actual source of the question is as follows:

A requester creates requisition that passes through its lifeline stages and PO is dispatched. Now its time to receive goods or services against that PO. The requester (or one of their colleague) is best placed to receive such item (using Receiving PO tile found on the Mobile Inventory homepage). How can the requester know what PO number their Req turned into without going into eProcurment / classic PO pages?

Howdy, Stranger!
