R42950 change Field SDDTBS

As soon , we 're running R42950 , the field  F4211 SDDTBS change from Blank to O (override date ). However , we never change the Price effective date manually. After that, we can't change this date if we change our requested date . Why R42950 has an impact on the field SDDTBS ? For your information , our System constant is based on Requested date and the processing Option in the R42950 is also based on Requested ship date .
