For many learners, the play course button is disabled for a particular course, and when you hover over it, one gets, “You have multiple online class enrollments.”

The course was a component for a certificate, and the OLM Admin end dated the certificate and component.  Learners who took the course when the certificate was active, cannot take it again.  New enrollees can take the course.

I think this is because, a learner cannot take a course more than once, even if the offering / class is different, unless the course is a component of a certificate.

Is there something wrong, or if this correct behaviour, and how is this explained?
