How to grant user access right for api IBY_EXT_BANKACCT_PUB, IBY_DISBURSEMENT_SETUP_PUB and IBY_FNDC

Dear Sir,

I am developing a external php web application to update customer and supplier's external bank account. It is successfully test with the user APPS. Now, i want to create a new database user for this application, but i dont know what kind of permission required to grant to this new user. Any ideas for me?
