Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Budget challenges in changing from fiscal year to calendar year

Dear All,

We are moving from a Fiscal (Jul-Jun) to Calendar (Jan-Dec) year and would apply the approach mentioned in Note: 102460.1

But, the question regarding its impact on Budget and Encumbrance year is not clear. Also, how will it impact my financial and purchasing subledgers.
