Does Oracle Advanced Inbound Telephony support integration with CISCO UCM (Unified Communication Man
OAIT does have an integration available with CISCO ICM, however my client is looking to integrate OAIT with CISCO UCM (Unified Communication Manager).
Does OAIT R12.2+ Support integration with CISCO UCM.
In the Implementation Guide for OAIT it does mention:
> Parameters Specific to Custom C Adapter Server
> Middleware Parameters Specific to Custom Java Adapter Server
Any documentation will be helpful.
