Operation Sourcing - Bid Award

Dear Community Members, I am configuring the Operation Sourcing and wants to award the bid after analysis but unable to award as the column is not enable on RFX Header or RFX line where we can select award "Y" and Enter Award Percentage.

Please help us to resolve this issue.
