Knowledge Management - Lock and Update Button

Hi

We are at 12.1.3 and have access to Oracle Knowledge Management Implementation and Administration Guide 12.1

We are using copies of the seeded Knowledge Administrator, Knowledge Agent and Knowledge Worker. We would like to remove the ‘Lock and Update’ button and Authoring Tab from the Knowledge Worker responsibility, but are having difficulty with the first of these two requirements.

To remove the Authoring Tab, we just added the ‘KM Authoring Tab’ menu to the menu exclusion for the responsibility, picked up from page 3-4 of the Guide.

On page 3-7 I notice the function (CS_KB_GET_LOCK_FN -  Controls access to Get Lock button) but I can not apply this to the responsibly Knowledgebase Agent. I can apply this to the Knowledgebase Administrator responsibility, but it does not remove the Lock and Update button.
