FDM import process not Replacing the previous load data, instead appending the data of the previous

Hi Everyone,
We are experiencing a weird issue in our FDM 11.1.2.1 production envt. There is a data load which we do everyday for 5 days of a month in to HFM through FDM. In FDM, our default import type is 'Replace' and before every import we select to delete the previous data records as the system ask through a pop up. this was going through every month with out any problem. But for this month on the WordDay +2( WD +2) load a problem occurred in the data load in to the HFM. the data in HFM is completely wrong. we
