ORA-20000: Unable to analyze TABLE when using fnd_stats using concurrent to analyze partition table

Hello,

I am trying to run fnd_stats to analyze cn_commission_headers_all table,which is partition table and would like to use concurrent global preference option.

It's failing  with ora-20000 error.

Is there any limitation with EBS  fnd_stats using concurrent option ?
