Webcenter Content 12c, setup with contributor/consumption model

I am setting up a Webcenter Content 12c instances, and am not allowed to do clustered setup at this time. I will have to continue with our current 10g setup of Contributor/Consumption using the archiver job.  Question is do I setup the Consumption server the exact same as the Contribution server, and just use Archiver to 'publish' content.  I go through the same RCU, and UA, etc...or is there an easy way to copy all the settings over from my contribution server to my consumption server using the configuration manager utility?
