Grade Control Error

Just completed our first item conversion for a client. When accessing Additional System Info tab for an item branch record and click on any of the tabs, we get a Grade Control must be on error that says we are attempting to place grade pricing on the item when grade control is turned off. We get this error on every single item we converted. We aren't doing ANY grade control at all on any item and are not trying to add any pricing.

We must have a mapping error in our conversion file. Does anyone know what would cause the system to throw this error?
