Task Subject - Problem Summary

Hello Team,

I observed that with the below profile option, if set as 'Yes' then automatically SR's PS becomes the Task's subject however at the same time or later if we again try to create the new task then the same process doesn't get applied, any other profile we need to update?

Service: Default Task Subject from Problem Summary

Please advice.
