CPQ & JDE Integration

Does any one have CPQ and JDE integration experience ?  We are looking for following features:

  1. CPQ sending an XML string for Order creation in JDE in real time

  2.  JDE receiving the XML string in real time

  3.  JDE replying back with the Order number to CPQ in real time

  4.  JDE preparing and sending master data in a defined CSV formats to sftp site in batch

Is that the middleware is required for this? if any one has implemented this earlier please share your experience.
